Why is there no price list on this website?
Costs depend on the hospital, the tests or treatment the doctors recommend, how long you stay and how many people travel with you. A fixed price would not be accurate, so we prepare an individual quote for each request.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your request and, if the hospital needs them, your medical records. We ask the hospital about the proposed tests or treatment, then send you an estimate that separates hospital costs from our coordination, transport and accommodation services.
What is included in the estimate?
The estimate lists hospital costs as estimated by the hospital, and the services you choose from us, such as interpretation, airport pickup and accommodation. Final hospital costs are decided by the hospital and may change if the doctors change the plan.
How do I pay?
Hospital costs are usually paid to the hospital directly, and our services are paid to our company. Your coordinator explains the payment methods and schedule before you travel.
